Preparing competency based interview.

Let's start with a painful fact- I suck at making full sentences.

I admit that I am a spur-at-the-momnet type. I slur a lot. Bad point for a job applicant.

The thing is, whenever I start talking, new idea comes to my mind and this idea comes out of my mouth directly.

This situation is also happening when I write something(definately, however, writing is better than speaking because you have time..) Act and edit, act and edit...like that.
Why the hell am I not a planner?

Did several interview.. and somebody was thinking I had stuttering.

It's better when I use English. Korean is difficult...

So..I have a plan. I am going to use Youtube. I plan to share my thoughts about culture and stuff. Maybe one vlog a day using Korean and English.
